Wells CRS helped prepare the Castlegate Shopping Centre for the Stockton Arts Surf Festival at very short notice. The job was completed in time and to the highest standard, with more than 150 new boards installed. The commercial refurbishment specialists successfully delivered on the request from Stockton Council to over board a large area of corridors with timber frames and ply board in the shopping centre. Wells arranged the works to ensure that the request was fulfilled within five days. Completion meant the site was ready for the artists to draft, draw, sketch and paint all in time for the well-organised festival.

Wells CRS was instructed to carry out work for Dodds Brown Estate Agents at Cavendish House on the Teesdale Business Park. The relatively small project was to split a second floor area of around 1,310m2 into two separate areas, with one area of 754m2 and the other reaching 556m2. Wells CRS engineers separated the main electrical and data systems into separate supplies. There were also electrical tasks to divide the main electrical lighting and socket rings into two separate landlord supplies with individual sub meters.   The Electrak le-grand under power electrical system floor track was installed. Separating the existing data systems into two was also requested and Wells delivered this, including re-label tested and commissioned.  The data system was a Cat 6 e-cabling. And all the electrical works carried out were covered with NICEIC  landlords safety certificates - the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).  Again, all data was Cat 6 works and provided superior crosstalk and the return loss headroom was tested using a Fluke network meter.
