Very thorough in everything and very meticulous in all aspects of work being carried out. From re-wire of electrics, lights, switches, plumbing, radiators, walls, flooring and bar build. Wells CRS LTD are our go to contractors for all commercial work we require in our Shopping Centre. Garry and his team are knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. They have carried out many jobs for us from extensive refurbishments to simple electrical issues and everything in between with the same level of professionalism and commitment.They will happily give advice even when the work isn't getting done by them and are very responsive when called upon.

Garry and his team have worked as a contractor for me for 3 years now on a 240 bed student accommodation in Middlesbrough.They have done everything from electrical installations, plumber and heating, refurb and general maintenance. They are only a call away and are on site within minutes. All there work is of a very high standard and would recommend them for all types of work. Garry and his team are very polite, punctual and are always on hand for any advice I may need.

Garry and his team carry out most of our electrical works on the properties we market and manage. The team always provide outstanding service and their work is done to the highest standard. Garry and his team at Wells Solutions have recently completed the design and installation of a fire alarm installation, central heating, lighting and burglar alarm to an existing office building, the job was done to all current regulations and standards, on time and on budget, a first class job, I cant recommend them too highly, well done
