Whether you are renovating a family home in Stockton, upgrading an office space in Middlesbrough or fitting out a commercial unit across the North East, the foundation of any great interior starts with its walls and ceilings.

At Wells CRS, based right here in the heart of Teesside, we understand that high-quality finishings are essential for both aesthetic appeal and practical functionality.

With a dedicated team of professional plasterers and installers, we provide a complete, one-stop-shop solution for all your domestic and commercial wall and ceiling needs.

Here is a closer look at how Wells CRS can transform your space.

Commercial walls and ceilings: Built for business

First impressions matter. For businesses operating in the North East, having a modern, safe and acoustically sound environment is crucial for both staff productivity and client perception.

Whether you manage a retail store, a sprawling industrial unit or a modern corporate office, we offer comprehensive commercial solutions.

Glazed partitions

Suspended and grid ceilings: The go-to solution for offices and commercial units. We install standard MF (Metal Furring) and grid ceilings that hide ductwork and wiring while providing a clean, professional look.

Glazed office partitions: Want to divide an open-plan office without losing natural light? Our glazed partitions create sleek, sound-proofed meeting rooms and individual workspaces.

Stud and partition walls: We can quickly reshape any commercial unit to fit your operational needs with durable stud wall installations.

Specialist ceilings: We install hygienic ceilings (perfect for commercial kitchens, healthcare and food preparation areas) as well as advanced sound and insulation boarding to keep your premises quiet and energy-efficient.

Fire and safety boarding: Compliance is key. We provide standard and fire-rated boarding to ensure your commercial property meets all safety regulations.

David Murphy, co-owner at Wells CRS, said: “For businesses in the North East, minimising downtime during a refit is crucial.

“By offering a true one-stop-shop service – handling everything from the partition walls and grid ceilings right through to bespoke lighting – we ensure commercial projects are delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard.”

Domestic walls and ceilings: Crafting your dream home

If you are extending your home, renovating an older property or simply refreshing a room, a flawless finish is everything. Our domestic services cater to homeowners across Teesside who expect the highest standard of craftsmanship.

Plastering and skimming: The key to a perfect room is smooth, flawless walls. Our expert plasterers handle everything from fresh boarding to re-skimming tired, cracked walls ready for decorating.

Bespoke ceilings

Bespoke ceiling designs: Looking for something unique? We can design and install off-the-wall bespoke ceilings tailored to your specific interior design vision, complete with integrated lighting.

Timber frame ceilings: Ideal for domestic renovations, extensions, and heritage properties, ensuring structural integrity and a beautiful finish.

Sound insulation: Tired of hearing every footstep from the floor above? We install high-quality sound and thermal insulation to make your home warmer and quieter.

Kitchen & bathroom ceilings: We provide moisture-resistant and hygienic ceiling solutions designed to withstand the humidity of busy family kitchens and bathrooms.

Garry Wells, co-owner at Wells CRS, said:  “Whether it’s a large-scale office fit-out or skimming a family home here in Teesside, or anywhere in the UK for that matter, the quality of the finish is what matters most.

“We pride ourselves on having a team of highly skilled plasterers and tradespeople who can bring any vision to life, no matter how complex the design might be.”
